Here are some shots from the Open House we held yesterday. We had some parts on display, both from our own stock and also from our suppliers Ohlins, Akrapovic and Performance Friction Brakes. Ohlins showed the first production units of their new Road & Track dampers for GT-R, which was a world premiere. Two gearboxes were on display so we could show customers the problems and solutions we offer. During the day we performed different work on some customer cars. We installed Alcon 400mm brakes, COBB Accessports, replaced a damaged oil pan and did some oil changes among other work. When it was done we served some burgers, hot dogs and cold drinks.
We´d like to thank all of our customers and suppliers that joined us on this day.
Yes, even before we´ve held the event, our Open House is a success! At the moment we have 18 cars that will participate, making this the biggest GT-R meet in Scandinavia by far! Our customers are coming all the way from Luleå in the north of Sweden down to Trelleborg in the far south. We´re really happy that so many will show up, even though many of our long time customers can´t make it.
Two companies will show their products during the day. First is Öhlins who will show the prototypes for their Road & Track coilovers for GT-R that they will start producing this summer.
Secondly it´s PEAN Sweden that will show brake upgrades and Akrapovic exhaust systems.
If you want to join the fun on Saturday, drop us a mail and tell us you´re coming.
You know how the saying goes: Better late than never. Well, we finally set up a Facebook page so now you can see even more pictures of different projects we´ve done. So head on over to www.facebook.com/23GTR.se and like us. You will see pictures on Saturday May 12th from our Open House before anywhere else among many other things.

Mr R picked up his brand new 2011 GT-R just a couple of weeks ago. He´s already covered over 6000kms in it and enjoyed every minute. Now he´s at 23GTR.se to get a better sound in the car. He choose to have a HKS Legamax midpipe and catback installed. With the midpipe without silencer, the car now sounds as it should have from the factory. Mr R is very happy and so are we. If you want a new exhaust on your car, don´t hesitate to get in touch. Below is what it looked like on a very rainy day.
We welcome all customers to our open house on Saturday May 12th! No matter if you´re a long time customer or have never been here, you´re all welcome. We´ll have a special price on oil change during the day. So if you want to get your GT-R ready for spring, now is an excellent time to get it done. Get in touch with us if you want some work done during the day. We open at 11.00 and close the workshop at 15.00 for work. After that we fire up the BBQ and serve some burgers and hot dogs. If you need somewhere to stay the night, get in touch and we´ll point you to a nice place nearby. Meanwhile, enjoy this picture of what it looked like earlier this week. Busy as always during spring time.
Mr M is a long time customer of 23GTR.se. This time he wanted to make the car even faster on track. Therefore we´ve replaced the swaybars, the front upper suspension arms and added some more power. We swapped out the OEM downpipes and midpipe to free up some flow for the tune. We choose a HKS Legamax resonated midpipe to still keep the noise level in check. Interior wise we installed a carbon bucket seat and Takata 4 point harnesses for both the driver and passenger. Mr M also wanted to upgrade the looks of the car so we installed a set of Zele sideskirts. After a service and a tune he´s ready to hit the tracks, beginning at the Nurburgring in April. Below are some pics of the Whiteline swaybars, the Dodson Motorsport front upper arms and some of the other parts we installed. If you want some work done to your GT-R, get in touch.
Mr. S is a long time customer of ours. We´ve done a lot of work on his car, but this time he wanted us to install front and rear cameras. So, yesterday we did just that and below you can see some pics of what the kit looks like, what the images on the MFD and the installation looks like. The first pic that shows the view is of the rear camera and the second is of the front. If you want cameras on your car, drop us a mail and we´ll hook you up.
This video was posted today on the Drive network. Matt Farah drives the Switzer E900 GT-R. The car looks bone stock on the outside but will outrun a Bugatti Veyron on the quarter mile. See what Matt thought about it and if you feel the itch and want one yourself, drop us a mail.
This year 23GTR.se is visiting the Geneva Auto Salon. We´re invited to the Nissan stand as VIP guests and we´re really enjoying it. We´ve met some really nice and cool people from both Nissan Sweden and Nissan Europe. Below are some pics of the cars that Nissan has on display. Of course they have the new 2012 550bhp GT-R, but also a very cool Nismo Juke Concept. The Juke-R that Nissan did was übercool and this is like a mix of that and the normal Juke. Nismo did their magic on the handling, looks and interior and you can see the result below. If you ask me, this will be a huge hit! I think it looks great! I just hope it drives as good as it looks. This is a very nice first result of Nismo to enter the European market. More models will follow but the Nismo Juke will go into production before the end of this year. I hope it´ll look just like this! Don´t have any high hopes for a big power upgrade, that´s simply not the way Nismo work. It´s more about balance. Now, over to the pics.
We installed this carbon add-on wing from Mine´s on a customer car long ago, but never posted the pics. Anyway, better late than never. This is not a complete wing. It just adds on top and around the OEM wing. The carbon is thinner than one would think is possible and the finish is just as always with Mine´s parts: Perfect! If you want some Mine´s parts for your car, just get in touch.
Here are more pics of some of the gearbox work we´ve done. This time it´s a FWD clutch housing that´s broken. To repair it, we use the upgraded Dodson housing which is heavy duty compared to the OEM. There is also a pic that shows the input shaft to the FWD clutch. The clutches have burnt and stuck to each other. That caused the shaft to twist and then the housing broke. The last a pic shows the difference between an OEM broken clutch basket and a new Dodson one. You can clearly see the difference in material thickness.
This is a limited edition of the G12 wheel. of only 50 sets worldwide! If you want a set of these, you have to be quick. Ones they are sold out, no more will be made. They are available in 10″, 11″ or 12″ width. Here are a few pics to tease your appetite.
In the previous post we showed you how we replaced the wheels on Mr K´s GT-R. That´s not the only work we´ve done to his car. Two sets of Takata 4-point harnesses, a HKS Legamax stainless exhaust and a COBB Accessport also found its way into the car. Here are some pics to show what was done. Mr K was so pleased with the result that he´ll be back when spring comes to get more work done. Remember, we do everything on these cars so don´t hesitate to get in touch.
As we´ve said many times before, we do EVERYTHING on GT-R´s. During the autumn and winter, we´ve been busy with gearbox upgrades and repairs. We´ve replaced oil pressure sensors, clutches, clutch baskets, gears etc. We´ve also cleaned solenoids, gear actuators and so on. Here are a few pictures to illustrate this. If you want to get a stronger box that won´t let you loose any sleep at night, get in touch.
We´ve done some work on Mr. K´s car and in the early autumn we upgraded it with a set of Volk Racing G2. We choose to use the Toyo R888 on the wheels, since Mr K uses the car on track. Not only the customer is happy. We think it looks great as well. Even if they look silver in the pics, they´re Titanium. If you want a new set of wheels for your GT-R, just get in touch.
We´ve just had a visit from Glenn from Dodson Motorsport. He´s given us some training on the gearboxes so now we´re authorized Pro Dealer for Dodson Motorsport! The only one in Scandinavia! If you want to make your GR6 box stronger, perform better or just make an overhaul, don´t hesitate to get in touch with us. There´s tons of stuff that can be done to make the box work better, last longer and run smoother.
It´s been a looong wait but we finally got our set of Ohlins coilovers for the democar. As far as we know, it´s the first set outside of Japan. We installed them last week and tested them last Saturday at a track event here in Sweden. The results were outstanding. We ran fastest in our class (R-tires and slicks with a max size of 10.5″/26″) and were almost as fast as a Corvette C6 on slicks with roughly 600bhp. The next test will be more valuable since we´ll run the same track as we´ve done before so we can compare lap times. Below are a few pictures of the shocks and also of what the democar looks like at the moment. As always, if you want something for your GT-R, just get in touch and we´ll make it faster, lighter or just look better.
All the sales back in January had to turn into physical work at some point. Last week some of the cars were gathered so we didn´t want to miss the opportunity to take a couple of pictures. Even though you can´t see it in the pictures, this is a good example of all the different work we do. It ranges from a simple stage 1 tune with exhaust and COBB Accessport through the mighty P800 Package from Switzer to gearbox upgrades and repairs aswell as brake upgrades. Simply put, we do everything with these cars. If you want something done to your GT-R, don´t hesitate to get in touch with us. Thanks to our customer Erik who took the pictures.
Here are some pics of a customer car with a set of BBS CH-R we sold. Hope you like it.
If you also want some other wheels for your GT-R, don´t hesitate to contact us.
As we wrote in the last post, we sold two P800 packages in January. One is aready installed and the other one will be done during April. As you can see in the pics below, the first car also got a new set of pistons and rods. In this car we used Mahle pistons and Carillo rods. The detail and quality of both these parts are extremely high. As usual when a P800 is installed, there´s also a cooling package to keep the temps in check. The radiator and intercoolers are as big as possibly can fit into the car. We also installed a set of AP Racing brake discs in the front.
If you also want your GT-R to get some better punch, just get in touch.
We´re VERY proud to announce that we did an all time high in January with no less than two P800 orders along with all the other parts sold! This clearly shows that our customers value the work we´re doing.
Below is a picture of the status as it was in January in the workshop. The red car got a new set of pistons and rods aswell as a new set of turbos. It will be running E85 and the goal is to have somewhere in the region of 800-900hp. The silver car is having a problem with the transmission and the black one was an insurance job. Another car that´s not in this pic is getting a Switzer P800 installed. More on that in a later post. You might ask yourself what´s new about our red democar? It´s still in the workshop as you can see, but since we have so much work with customer cars, there are no news to report about it. More info on that car in a while, so check back.
A customer of ours have ordered a set of BBS Challenge-R wheels from us so he wants to sell his current extra set of wheels. They´re a set of OZ Botticelli III. They´re used but in good condition. The tires are a set of Bridgestone summer tires and they have around 5-6mm left on them. Just to clarify, there´s no rubbing with these wheels mounted. If you´re interested in them, don´t hesitate to contact us. Here are some pics of what they look like.
We managed to get our hands on a set of VERY exclusive wheels. They´ve only made 50 sets worldwide and we´ve got set #28. If you want them, just get in touch. Here are some pics of these beauties.
We got an invitation from Gustav that runs GTBOARD, to participate in the latest GTBOARD event. Since we tried it last year when the democar was standard we thought we´d give it a go now that we got it upgraded. Last year we met a Koenigsegg CCR and didn´t stand a chance. This year the result was a bit better. See for yourself in the video below. And remember: If you want your GT-R to go faster, we are specialized in doing just that, so get in touch!
APP/23GTR.se is proud to announce that we have started a cooperation with Switzer Performance Innovation from the US. We´ll sell their complete lineup of parts and we´re also installing a P800 PKG in our demo GT-R at the moment. The car is almost finished and we can´t wait to see what this season will bring.
See the outstanding performance in the clip below where Oleg from Russia drives his P800 kited GT-R against a Hayabusa. If you´re interested in a Switzer package for your GT-R, just contact us and we´ll make sure you´ll be the fastest GT-R around.
We´ve been very busy but now a lot of things are in the works! First up for 2010 is the new carbon seat from our friends at Password JDM/Tecnocraft. The seat was first made for Steves Lambo but so many wanted it that the guys made brackets that suit the GT-R aswell. Check out the pics and shout us an email if you also want a seat or two for your GT-R.
Paul, a good friend of 23gtr.se and I met up with Dan, a photographer, after a minimeet in Stockholm the other week. We were also joined by the new owner of our old democar, a Bayside Blue R34 GT-R V-spec UK and another owner of a R34 GT-R V-spec. Due to bad weather there were only two decent shots that came out of roughly one hour of shooting. The result however is very, very good. Enjoy!
Sorry for the lack of updates but the reason is actually very good. I picked up our Vibrant red R35 GT-R on Friday! The drive home was just a big blur but the day after it was complete focus. Since we had some time to wait for the democar, we had ordered a bunch of parts and some of them were on the car less than 24 hours after pickup. Here are a few amateur pics of the car as of Saturday. All the carbon parts are from Zele Performance. More parts are going on the car very soon. Check back for updates and as always, contact us if you´re interested in getting any of the parts on the site.
Willall Racing in Australia have developed a number of products for the GT-R, aimed at lowering the high oil temperatures that owners have seen when using the GT-R on track. Oil analysis of the OEM transmission oil shows a lot of wear of the gears in the transmission. The Willall Racing oil stops this wear and helps your transmission stay healthy longer. For those that run an aftermarket exhaust, Willall has developed a front mounted transmission cooler as a no cost option. Here are a few pics of the Willall Racing products:
Our much anticipated new demo car will arrive in June. It´s a brand new Nissan GT-R Premium Edition in Vibrant Red colour. We´ve waited roughly 13 months already since we placed the order, so at this point it´s a bit tough! There´s already a bunch of parts ordered for the car so stay tuned for more info! In the meantime, here´s a pic of a very nice red GT-R from the US.
Since we feel passionate about the GT-R, we felt that we needed to launch a separate site to promote all the new, amazing products that are available for the GT-R. We are already dealers for Zele Performance, Password JDM and Top Secret to name but a few of the big players in the JDM aftermarket. If you have any questions or want to order anything, just drop us a mail. We will be adding new products all the time so check back soon!
This site will provide you with the best parts for your Nissan GT-R! In June we take delivery of our company GT-R which will be modified with the best parts available. Please check back soon as we fill the site with more and more products, pictures and information about the latest supercar on the planet: the Nissan GT-R!
